This is THE place to hear great live jazz. The Rogue Valley is a deep pool of amazingly talented musicians & they surface often at Avalon! A favorite local gathering place, Avalon is all about music and good food, something that reflects the interest of its owners. Dal and Renee Carver are the husband and wife team that makes Avalon such an inviting establishment to relax, listen to live music, have a bite to eat or enjoy a cocktail. Dal is a long-time Rogue Valley jazz musician who also arranges the music for a fair number of Camelot Musical Spotlights. Renee is a chef and her magic happens in the kitchen. From paninis to salads to salmon to steaks, Renee makes sure generous portions of delicious food are served up. Upscale, yet unpretentious, Avalon’s character and atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. And by the way, Avalon is a perfect place to dine before the theater. After, drop by for a nightcap and you’ve a good chance of catching some of Camelot’s cast and crew winding down after the show. Avalon Bar & Grill. It’s got.....personality!
